Disability Support Worker

Full Time Position

 

We are seeking expressions of interest from registered nurses for the position of a full time High Intensity Supports Coordinator.

 

This new position is responsible for providing high quality, clinical leadership, health management and direct nursing care and support to people with high and complex disability support and health care needs. The role is designed to ensure that the complex care needs of residents and participants are met in a way that is respectful, reflects their individual needs and addresses the ‘NDIS Practice Standards’
